Medics tell Press TV they have found traces of depleted uranium in some Gaza residents wounded in Israel’s ground offensive on the strip. Norwegian medics told Press TV correspondent Akram al-Sattari that some of the victims who have been wounded since Israel began its attacks on the Gaza Strip on December 27 have traces of depleted uranium in their bodies. Economists have warned that the Israeli economy would be threatened if the invasion of the Gaza Strip is prolonged or the scope widened. Israeli began the launch of massive air strikes on Gaza on Saturday. Over 310 Gazans have so far been killed and nearly 1550 people have been wounded. With the US armed forces, sworn to the defence of the constitution, in decline and depleted by the Iraq and Afghan quagmires, a new “homeland” command, set up in 2002 under Eberhart, the man responsible for air defence on 9/11, is already in place. This force is set to play a key role as the American people are marginalised by the financier interests which control the country.

The 29-year-old, an Iraqi doctor born in Aylesbury, Bucks, plotted to bring murder and mayhem on an “indiscriminate” scale to London’s West End and Glasgow airport. He was found guilty yesterday of conspiracy to murder and conspiracy to cause explosions.
