PRESS RELEASE

DOCTOR DIAGNOSES THE GENERAL MEDICAL COUNCIL WITH DEMENTIA

In an astonishing U-turn, the General Medical Council has reinstated Dr. Sarah Myhill to the Medical Register. In the previous twenty one months Dr Myhill was either suspended from the Medical Register or forced to practise medicine under severe restrictions. The GMC has conducted a series of prosecutions against Dr. Myhill since 2001, during which time she has faced the prospect of seven Fitness to Practise Hearings, the most recent having been booked for a full 25 days. All Hearings have been cancelled with no case to answer.

Les Crises

23rd October, 2011

China, Japan strengthen financial, currency ties

Posted by seumasach on December 26, 2011

Japan is amongst those countries we like to regard as our allies and whose importance is magnified by our fallout with Europe. But, inevitably, Japan is moving closer to China, motivated by practical considerations. Pragmatism prevails in an increasingly multipolar world, whereas we continue to bet on influence based on our outmoded neo-liberal ideology.

Marketwatch

Chinese and Japanese leaders pledged to strengthen bilateral financial cooperation, and the two countries will facilitate the use of their currencies in cross-border trade settlements, China’s central bank said Sunday.

26th December, 2011

Ambiance.

Abstract

Objectives

This study is concerned with assessing the role of exposure to radio frequency radiation (RFR) emitted either from mobiles or base stations and its relations with human’s hormone profiles.

Design and methods

All volunteers’ samples were collected for hormonal analysis.

Results

This study showed significant decrease in volunteers’ ACTH, cortisol, thyroid hormones, prolactin for young females, and testosterone levels.

Conclusion

The present study revealed that high RFR effects on pituitary–adrenal axis.

Highlights

► This study is concerned with assessing the role of long-term exposure to high radio frequency radiation emitted either from mobile phones or from base stations and its relations with human’s hormone profiles. ► All volunteers are followed for 6 years and blood samples were collected regularly every 3 years for time intervals of 1 year, 3 years and 6 years for hormonal analysis and the blood samples were taken at 8.0 a.m. ► This study showed reduction in volunteers’ plasma ACTH, serum cortisol levels. Also, they showed decrease in the release of the thyroid hormones especially T3. In addition, each of their serum prolactin in young females (14–22 years), and testosterone levels significantly dropped due to long-term exposure to radio frequency radiation. Conversely, serum prolactin levels for adult females (25–60 years) significantly rose with increasing exposure time. ► In conclusion, the present study revealed that high radio frequency radiation effects on pituitary–adrenal axis represented in the reduction of ACTH, cortisol, thyroid hormones, prolactin in young females, and testosterone levels.

Falklands flag ban ‘Could hit British relations across South America’

Posted by seumasach on December 24, 2011

After alienating Europe through our attempted sabotage of the Eurozone, the talk was that we had allies and partners elsewhere. The reality is rather different: we are making enemies everywhere. We are clashing head-on with the new multipolarity. Failure to recognise this new reality, the product of the failed Anglo-American hegemonic project, will have disastrous consequences for Britain.

Huffington Post

21st December, 2011

The embargo on Falkland Islands ships by South American countries could lead to a deterioration in relations between the UK and many emerging economies.

Posted by seumasach on December 23, 2011

Allain Jules

23rd December, 2011
