Honey, where are the bees?

Posted by smeddum on October 26, 2009

In the West, despite the work of scientists like Ulrike Warnke, everything is being done to keep the EM connection to CCD out of the news. Do we have some kind of death wish? Not so long ago, many communities in India believed that a honeybee buzzing next to one’s ears heralded good news, some said it meant a missive

was on its way. As time went by, cellular phones made that kind of anxious wait redundant. Then, one day, when the bees stopped troubling people, no one noticed it. Read the rest of this entry »

California progress report

Not to be outdone, the billionaire CEO candidate Meg Whitman, through her spokesman Tucker Bounds — (yes, the same guy who claimed Sarah Palin had “national security” experience because she was “commander-in-chief” of the Alaska National Guard) — proposes permanently slashing at least $15 billion from the state budget, and laying off 40,000 public employees — in addition to massive tax cuts for her rich friends. The Pakistanis use an earthy metaphor when they want to put their American interlocutors on the defensive. They complain that the United States used Pakistan like a condom, simply discarded it when it is no longer useful, as has happened time and again in the Cold War era. By saying so, they urge the Americans to be constant in friendship.

21st October, 2009

Yesterday 30 people had been reporting to the authorities in Sweden that they experienced such severe side effects that they felt the need to contact a hospital. Today the number is 140. The swedish newspaper Expressen is the only one in Sweden reporting on these cases and as usual this is most likely only the tip of a rather large iceberg.  UPDATE: According to Dagens Nyheter, the number of reported side effects are now a few hours later 190. 1 person dies after the injection but “no direct relation with the injection has been established”. The biggest medical scandal in the history of Sweden has just started.

There was an assumption in the stress tests for an unemployment rate of 8.9% (a curiously precise figure), and 10.3% in 2010. The unemployment rate had already reached 9.8% in September, with expectations of further rises. In other words, the worse case scenario was not indeed the worse case scenario.
