The Pentagon’s model “judicial” system at Guantanamo Bay has many fascinating features, virtually all of which are contrary to the rights and guarantees in the federal system established by the Constitution. Among the features in the Pentagon’s system are a presumption of guilt for the accused, no right to confront witnesses, the use of hearsay evidence, the use of evidence acquired by torture or coercion, no right against self-incrimination, no protection against cruel and unusual punishments, no right to bail, and no right to trial by jury.

Colonel Arthur Anderson is the chief of human use and ethics at the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID), the bioweapons facility where Dr. Ivins worked and where the anthrax strains were apparently obtained by the anthrax killer.

It’s certainly possible that once the FBI closes its investigation and then formally unveils its evidence — which apparently will happen tomorrow — a very convincing case will be made that Bruce Ivins perpetrated the anthrax attacks and did so alone. But what has been revealed thus far — through the standard ritual of selected Government leaks which the establishment media, with some exceptions, just mindlessly re-prints no matter how frivolous — is creating the opposite impression. The FBI’s coordinated leaking is making their claim to have solved the anthrax case appear quite dubious, in some instances laughably so.

Translation at foot of each paragraph
[Firstly sell the Spanish public the idea that the 11-M[[11th March 2004 bombings in Madrid] bombs were set up in a house in Morata beonging to an Al-queda member, Mohamed Needl Acaid. Make sure that this member of Al-queda not only isn’t implicated in the case( the bombs must have been set up there accidently), but isn’t even questioned by the investigating judge.]

Whether or not Bruce Ivins had a role in the anthrax attacks, trying to now blame him alone for the attacks is ignoring the elephant in the room: the anthrax attack was a classic false flag attack blamed on Arabs.

As we are seeing time and time again, in the “war on terror” there is no suspect like a dead suspect.
Ivins Could Not Have Been Attacker, Some Say

For nearly seven years, scientist Bruce E. Ivins and a small circle of fellow anthrax specialists at Fort Detrick’s Army medical lab lived in a curious limbo: They served as occasional consultants for the FBI in the investigation of the deadly 2001 anthrax attacks, yet they were all potential suspects.

WASHINGTON – In the immediate aftermath of the 2001 anthrax attacks, White House officials repeatedly pressed FBI Director Robert Mueller to prove it was a second-wave assault by Al Qaeda, but investigators ruled that out, the Daily News has learned.

The government is trying to bury the 2001 anthrax attack scandal (the anthrax came from a U.S. military base) by claiming that one of the key suspects – Bruce E. Ivins – was a “lone nut” who committed suicide. The government claims that the anthrax letters were an innocent mistake which was “part of an Army scientist’s warped plan to test his cure for the deadly toxin“. Case closed.
