The Versailles Court of Appeal upholds decision against mobile phone company

The Versailles Court of Appeal has upheld a decision by the Crown Court of Nanterre to force mobile telephony company Bouygues Telecom to remove a mobile phone base station as it constitutes an “exceptional nuisance”. The initial ruling sentenced Bouygues Telecom to pay the sum of 3000 EUR to each of the three couples submitting their case, 100 EUR per day the installation remained erected and to pay all legal costs. After the appeal, a further 6000 EUR fine was imposed on the telecoms company, the per day cost was increased to 500 EUR (but not retroactively) and all further legal costs were also to be paid.

Bouygues Telecom ordered to remove base station

Bouygues Telecom has been ordered by the Versailles court of appeals to
take down a mobile base station in Tassin-la-Demi-Lune, France, or be
fined EUR 500 per day until it does so. The lawyer for the plaintiffs,
Richard Forget, told AFP that Bouygues will also have to pay his
clients EUR 7,000 per couple for exposing them to a health hazard. The

Dear Minister
 
 I find it hard to believe ,with all of the science pointing toward serious health effects from electromagnetic fields in our atmosphere,that you, The  Minister of Industry for Canada, would even contemplate  WiFi ing the whole of Canada.
 Many of us Canadians are sensitive to radio wave radiation and are finding it difficult NOW, to find a place were we don’t suffer from radiation, so where are we to go for safety if you radiate our entire country??

Phone mast fears grow as more locals suffer cancer

RESIDENTS of a West Dublin housing estate, which lies next to a phone mast, are calling on the HSE to conduct a full health assessment in the area after an apparently large number of cancer diagnoses.
