Dutch Water Company Cuts Ties with Israel

Companies and governments in Holland, the UK, and Romania are downgrading ties with Israeli companies to protest Israel’s policies in areas it acquired in 1967. Palestinians say all of these areas must be part of a future Palestinian state; Israel says it has not annexed these areas and would make “significant concessions” in exchange for real peace with the Palestinians.

During his next term as prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu will have to do what he avoided doing in his previous terms: Draw boundaries and begin establishing two states for two peoples. This painful process, certainly from Netanyahu’s perspective, will commence soon.
