Companies and governments in Holland, the UK, and Romania are downgrading ties with Israeli companies to protest Israel’s policies in areas it acquired in 1967. Palestinians say all of these areas must be part of a future Palestinian state; Israel says it has not annexed these areas and would make “significant concessions” in exchange for real peace with the Palestinians.
