Palestinians: Peace talks to go on, despite resignations

“Palestinian leaders unanimously believe that no progress will be made without pressure on Israel from the international community, and in the meantime that’s not happening,”

Perhaps the UK government’s warning to investors about investment’s in illegally held West Bank territory constitute just such pressure. Now is a good moment for the many people involved in campaigning for Palestinian rights to raise their profile. Unfortunately, however, it is more likely that they will adopt an impossibilist position

UK government issues warning over doing business with Israeli settlements
