From a long-term perspective, there can be no two opinions that the US President Barack Obama has taken the right decision not to dispatch American combat troops to counter the al-Qaeda affiliate Islamic State of Iraq and Syria [ISIS] which surged in the northern regions of Iraq earlier this week.
