At 4:17 into the video, this quote: “The Iranian people are prepared, along with other nations, to help you be rescued from your current situation and establish peace and prosperity”
It is clear from the “along with other nations” part that this is a serious offer. Certainly it is far more attractive than Paulson’s 700 billion or else proposal.
