The most steadfast fighters in the prolonged struggle for the truth of what really happened on 9-11 are the relatives of three victims who died at the World Trade Center.  These dedicated families represent the last plaintiffs from the nearly 3,000 victims of 9-11.  While I know of one other unresolved wrongful death lawsuit, all the other families of victims have reached out-of-court settlements.  Although the 9-11 tort litigation is of immense historical importance to all Americans, it remains one of the most under-reported stories of our time.     Read the rest of this entry »
