No one can be at two places at the same time — not even Iranians. In retrospect, the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon might have done Tehran a favor by inviting it to the Geneva II conference (January 22) on Syria and then retracting. That left Tehran to take to the Davos meet (January 22) with gusto and undivided attention.
