Mass rally in Beirut to support Syria in face of conspiracy

BEIRUT, (SANA) – The Martyrs Square in downtown Beirut witnessed a mass rally on Sunday with the participation of hundreds of the Syrian community people in Lebanon and Lebanese citizens to support Syria and its leader, President Bashar al-Assad.
The participants called for supporting the steadfastness of Syria in face of the conspiracy hatched against it, condemning calls voiced by Saudi Arabia and Qatar for arming the terrorists and for foreign interference in the internal affairs of Syria.
They waved photos of President Bashar al-Assad and the Syrian, Lebanese, Russian and Chinese flags and denounced the stances of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the Arab League as well as the US administration and the European countries.
