    Now the U.S. should follow suit. Let’s officially declare this thing a coup and cut our aid to the Micheletti government.

    This is exactly what the US has to do. Obama has to recognise that the days of this kind of intervention are over. I reckon the military regime will fall and the US having achieved nothing will have egg on their mouth.
